Vendors must respond to customer inquiries and bookings in a timely and professional manner.

Vendors agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their services. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications required to provide their services. FEV is not responsible for any legal issues arising from vendor non-compliance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to use the FEV platform responsibly and in accordance with these terms. Customers must provide accurate information when booking services and communicate clearly with vendors about their needs and expectations.

6. Payment Terms

FEV is not responsible for payment disputes between customers and vendors. However, we provide a dispute resolution process to address payment-related issues. All refunds and cancellations are subject to the vendor’s cancellation policy as displayed on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the FEV platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Find Event Vendors or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

User-generated content posted on the FEV platform remains the property of the user. By posting content on FEV, you grant FEV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEV AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

FEV is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform or any services offered through it. FEV does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of vendor information or the quality of services provided by vendors.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
